Investing in Employee Training and Development

BrightStar Care recently announced a partnership with Chamberlain University, the largest nursing school program in the country. Chamberlain University will be offering an innovative curriculum for rising nurses which will include a refined training program in the home care specialty. BrightStar Care’s partnership with the program will allow students the opportunity to gain first-hand training experience at an independently owned and operated BrightStar Care agency. This partnership is an innovative way for BrightStar Care franchise partners to have access to student and alumni lists for the purpose of recruiting talent. The students who go through the program at Chamberlain, will get to know BrightStar Care as a brand, and will come out of the program with skills and experience specific to the home care industry.

We have implemented a mobile app that allows franchisees’ caregivers to manage their schedules, view client information, and communicate with other staff members.
