1Informational Webinar
Here, we will introduce you to BrightStar Senior Living® or BrightStar® Care Homes™. We will also highlight the senior living industry and how we’re perfectly positioned for the senior living marketplace today and in the future.

2Submit Franchise Application
During this process, we will determine if you are financially qualified to become a BrightStar franchisee. We will also discuss operational review.

3Discovery & Validation
During this time, you will have the opportunity to visit with current franchise owners, plan a visit to tour a community, and attend Discovery Day at our headquarters in Gurnee, IL.

4Sign Preliminary Agreement
This is the first major step toward owning a BrightStar location. When you reach this step, you will get to connect with the required vendors who will help to validate the market. Your territory will be protected for one year to complete the defined action plans.

5Site Selection
During the site selection process, you will:
- Work with a broker to identify opportunities in the market
- Prepare Proforma
- Complete market analysis and Feasibility Study
- Work with architect, city, and other vendors on project details
- Confirm financing
- Secure the site

6Sign Franchise Agreement
