In recognition of our dedication to franchise owner support and growing our brand, BrightStar Care was recently listed as a Top Senior Care Franchise by Franchise Business Review (FBR). Our franchise owners were asked to complete an independent survey by FBR to share how they felt about being part of this franchise brand. The survey was sent to all franchisees, and more than 60% responded, which is quite a significant portion compared to a typical response pool. All responses were also collected anonymously, giving people a chance to genuinely express themselves.
The FBR survey asked 33 questions to gauge how satisfied and supported our franchise owners feel. Each question is scored from 1 to 5, and we are happy to say that all of our key responses averaged at 4 or greater!

Although we do not know which franchise owners responded to the Franchise Business Review prompt, or how they each responded, we still want to wish everyone who did participate and shared their thoughts and feelings.
